Try Imageshack. I have tried tinypic before and sometimes it doesn't upload a gif file properly.

I think that wont work if you want it like your avatar, cuse its quiet big for it, avatars goes on 80x80 pixels and thats a 100x100..

No, it is not possible anymore. We have tried it several times even with the ones we are using now, but the message is Animated avatars are not allowed.
It is sad, but even when it is the right size in Kb, you can't use it
In your siggy it is still used, unless the limited size is not taken.
