My banner won't work

Hi........

I made this banner thingy on my computer but now I can't get it on my signature. I tried pasting and inserting but I can't figure it out. Can anyone help me? :confused:
 
okidokie,
copy the link of your banner, i mean right click the banner then copy the URL
then on your edit signature, click the insert image, paste the link there, and then voila!
there you go,
