how do you do it in paint from windows... its not that hard what the stuff that she made looked quite simple to do in paint... althought you could do it somewhere else and still do it but it looked easy if it was done in paint.

I know, I can do that, but the text over them...? I know you can do text, but usually you hav eto set a backgroud color, and you can't do it on the pic...
