this is a rought draft of the begining of a story i have been writing i no there is a lot of spelling and grammer errors i just want to no how the story sounds.
Liera sat in her desk tapping her pencil to the beat of the song she had stuck in her head. She looked over head to see her teacher Mr. burns standing in front of her is huge stomach going in and out. Liera couldn’t help but giggle and her teacher got angry.
“you seemed to be amused by something could you enlighten the class and me .so we might all have a laugh” and he stared at her with an angry face. Liera was imagining a frog making fart noises with his mouth for some strange reason. She fell out of her seat laughing and got sent to the office. She sat outside the office and she heard the secretary call her name(she had been sent to the office many times before and the principal always said the same thing.
“what was it this time” said the principal with no emotion might I add.
“Mr. Burns was acting like a frog” Liera said hiding her smile
“I don’t know how that makes sense, but run along you’re a waste of my time”
Liera walked away and the principal say to the secretary.
“she has such a wild imagination” the secretary nodded and looked back at her computer. Liera walked away grabbed her stuff and went home. She was planning her beach party with her friends this weekend and wasn’t to worried about school. She had almost perfect marks anyways.
Her friends all ditched early on Friday and headed to the beach. When they were laying on the dock sun bathing and something caught lieras eye. It was shining in the water almost blinding she nudged her friend and said
“what is that”
“its nothing liera enjoy yourself” and her friend shrugged herself away and turned to text on her phone. Like she always did it annoyed Liera so much but she never showed it. Liera didn’t bother with her friends advice and did a swan dive into the water and grabbed what looked like as stone . But was tied onto a string. She came back up to the surface and her friends called to her.
“what are you doing”
Liera waved her hand back and turned back to the look at the necklace. The thread was diamond encrusted with gold running through it and the pendant had a jewel with a bunch of different cuts through it and when she put it up to the sun the jewel shone a message on her hand that said ‘it was time’. liera didn’t want anyone else to no she had it. She tied it around her neck and tucked it under the shirt she was wearing.
She woke up the next morning in a total daze. She immediately felt her neck to see if the necklace was still there and it was. When she felt her mom poking her shoulder and figured out it was her little sister saying
“liera is late for work Liera is late for work” and started dancing around the room. Her sisters name was lila and she was still only seven. She looked completely opposite of liera .for example liera had black hair lilas hair was blond. Liera had gorgues blue eyes and lilas were emerald green.
Liera got up and ran to her car slipped and stumbled with the keys her fingers were shaking because she was so cold but she new it was plus thirty outside and this made her confused she finally got into her car and turned it on shifted the gear and sped away. Her day went buy normal and when she got home she was going to shower but she couldn’t get the necklace off. When she looked for the clasp there was none and she started panicking. She grabbed a pair of scissors from her desk but the string wouldn’t cut . Then she felt a sudden pulling to the floor trying to repell it she looked like a puppet on a string. until she slammed on the ground. She felt nothing. She couldn’t move or talk but she could hear and see. Then she felt the floor board cracking underneath hear and fell right through. She landed on the kitchen floor and wasn’t surprised to see her parents arguing. She thought to her self why don’t they help me cant they see I cant move. Can they even see me she started breathing really heavy then crashed through the kitchen floor but before she hit the basement she fell unconsess.
When she woke up she felt around and figured out she was in a ships cabin.
