Well,what program are you using?
If your program deosn't have a resize (usually somewhere around the top of the program)..try using MyTheme.com or MyImager.com ..it will let you resize them smaller..Hope this helps?:)
 
thanks they are really simple though...i want to be able to make them kind of 3d ish like yalls banners....i just dont know how to do the stars and cool designs on the top layer
