It is closely related to Oblivion and you will be a Man, Elf, Hobbit, Dwarf and then you can travel to every corner of Middle Earth, from Hobbiton to Mordor where Sauron is.
The Game is set 100 Years before Biblo and the Ring and it will be in the time of the Witch King. (Never read the Books, but thats how its set) Ghandalf and Saruman will also be there and you will start doing Quests until you become Hero of the White Tower.
