Odd "if this happened" LOTR fanfic

Okay, the story is probably contradictory to some LOTR things, but I haven't read the Hobbit or the Simarillion and am porbably missing some things from those books. Please tell me if I make a HUGE mistake and I'll correct it! Well, here i go... of try to.

" Panedhiel, I'm sorry to say that as much as you boast about your swordmenship, I don't think it is that good!" teased Haldir while watching her practice.
" it is not as bad as you think, and I do not boast!" said Panedhiel stopping briefly.
Haldir smiled slightley.
" Now, come you must depart fro Rivendell."
Panedhiel stopped but then continued to practice.
" Now, young one."
Panedhiel rolled her eyes but did stop and put away her sword.
" Why does Lord Elrond want me back so quickly?"
" Oh, because his daughter, your mother wants to see you."
Panedhiel stopped walking and her jaw fell open.

I'm glad I kind of gave it away sneakily... yes it is a little confusing but she is Arwen's daughter and the spelling is Panedhiel... you were close lol

" What? Are you saying that Lady Arwen is my mother?"

" Yes, young one. We decided not to tell you untill you're 16."

" Why did you not tell me earlier?"

" Because we thought you could not handle it!"

Panedhiel was definetnly still in shock.

" Why am I being sent to Rivendell?"

" They want to cornonate you as an offical princess."

Panedhiel beamed. Her? A princess? It seemed unreal.

" And because you are alredy betroethed to an elven prince.

Now, that, Panedhiel did not like.

" Do I have to?"
