I heard it from my friend, who is a true genuine Narnia and wouldn't lie to me. And yes, I know how it wouldn't make any sense, but there are just some people who don't care.

what could be is that someone is writing fan fiction on the internet, you know, the same as people in the professors writing club do. But it isn't a real narnia book, as some people already pointed out, the story ended (or begins, which you prefer) in LB.
And no, Narnia is definately not about romances, it is about love, but definately not about romantic relations

Every so often rumors of an 8th Narnia book pop up. As many people have already stated there is not going to be another Narnia book. CS Lewis is dead, therefore no more can be written. Anything written about Narnia is simply fanfic at this point. Ilock.
