Re-Sizing?

I need help on re-sizing an avatar I cannot post the avatar but here is the page on which the avatar is:

It is the one where Eowyn is saying "I am no man" It is the second one on the fourth line.

Can someone do that?

I dunno...the thingy has no left click option....you can't open it in another window, which seems a little odd.....I don't think it will be animated.

i make any thing but my thing is hp/narnia and of course spiderman but thats totally off topic, and of course ill make anything totally off topic lol!
