It is indeed a bit tough to get it exactly the size required.

or you can just use lexmark photo editor. it you've got a lexmark printer or whatev... you just type in the exact size and the other dimension automaticlally [sp] gets fixed too...

That's a very handy link!! I don't want to open my Photoshop CS2 all the time and so you can quickly resize an image!
