I know a few of you are from the UK. How many have seen the "Serious" series of shows where they take eight 12-15-year-olds on serious expeditions to different parts of the world?
I have been watching it regularly on Discovery Kids channel and enjoy them. My favorite was the "Serious: Amazon" where the team removed illegal fishing nets from the Amazon to help save the rare Amazon dolphins as well as building an enclosure for the monkeys (can't remember what kind they were).
I also liked the "Serious: Desert" where they tracked the white rhino and built a camel enclosure.
They are finally showing a fifth destination in the series where a team will trek up into the Andes. It starts here on Discovery Kids on Oct. 16.
