Sig and Avatar Help!

Ok...I need a avatar and sig designed for me...I tried designing my own, but that files are always to large! I also need advice on how to make them smaller.(Not pixel wise, KB :D)
 
For the second question...Don't upload,direct link by URL...Most anything I make is too big KB size for uploading..so do this for your signiture:
write the URL of your picture here(it starts with [url]http://.[/url].)[*/IMG]
^Take the * out to make it work.

For avatars,copy and paste (control and C,then control and P) your URL into the place where it says to.

Right hand click a picture..like my banner for example.You'll get a bunch of things written.

At the very bottom click properties.

In the center,it says address (URL).Copy and paste that.

Funny...I looked for the URL....and couldn't find it.:confused: I'll post the picture and see if you can help me out.

Take out the * or it won't show up.

I'm not sure about the second one..all the pictures I use are .jpg .png or .gif....I've never heard of .php.:confused:
