Something i wrote in my writing club meeting - relates to TDL. enjoy.
Most people live in houses made of bricks, but my friend Andy lives in a very special house. It has five bedrooms, four kitchens and a big living room. It stinks when it rains though and smells a little bad in the summer, but overall it makes good company. Most of the time its throw out in … the trash, but Andy doesn’t mind, he always retrieves his house. I remember the first time I saw it I scoffed, that wasn’t a house. It was an object made of such flimsy material that if a fly sat on top of it, it would crush. It was also the most awful brown color one could ever tolerates and there was a large gaping hole for the roof, but sometimes he turned the house around so the roof wasn’t facing up. I slept over once and at first I was worried I would squish his house out of existence but both of us fit very well. The fact was that his house, plainly speaking was a box…a box named Fred.
