Okay, we all were wondering in the Share a Pic thread whether TheFrayRocks was really having a baby or not at the tender age of 15. Well, it's true, she confirmed she was during an instant message to me like, two minutes ago LOL. I DID tell her 15 years old was VERY YOUNG to be having a baby, and hope she goes back to school once the baby is born in April.


For now, I thought it would be a good idea to post this thread and have an online Baby Shower for her, where everyone can congratulate her. This is not to CONDONE teenage pregnancy. But she has made a very brave choice in deciding to keep her child and not have an abortion. ( whew) I hope her pregnancy is healthy.


Also, if you guys are interested, we can all get together and maybe collect some money for a nice TDL present for her baby...like a monogrammed silver cup. I can put in a big chunk of change but if some of you are interested in donating a little something towards the gift, PM me or e mail me. I don't have children of my own so I figured, why not throw an online shower? I won't have the experience myself.


Let's congratulate and support her decision to keep her baby!

Wow, 15! Gosh that's only 2 years older then me!!! CONGRATS!! :D I hope everything goes well, and does she have names picked out yet? :D

Well I know my parents would have KILLED me. I don't mean that lightly...they would have been SUPER ANGRY!!!!! I had a cousin who was 16 and had to get married ( ahem) because back then having a baby out of wedlock was considered really bad ( it was like, 40 years ago). Her parents were very angry, but they supported her seeing as how this child was their grand baby. I am glad she did not have an illegal abortion, and her daughter ( half German, half Japanese) grew up to be a exotically beautiful and very successful lady.

But I told THEFRAYROCKS: be sure you finish school...and she said yeah she would. FINISH SCHOOL!!!!!!!

Well, I have to say that I will never support the idea of kids before marriage, but I hope your baby comes safely and I will be praying for you. I'm glad you made the smart decision that abortion is NOT the way to go. :D
