Telmarine Castle Set

I wonder if the structure partially seen in the foreground is the tall tower at whose top Cornelius has his secret meetings with Caspian?
 
it's kind of small and unimpressive, but maybe they'll expand it in post-production. I always imagined the Telmarine castle as being very large.
 
I'm sure they can and will make it look bigger on screen. What we see there is only a set...they haven't added the CG work yet. They expanded Cair Paravel and the witch's castles in LWW...I'm sure they'll have fun with this one too. It looks pretty neat though from that pic.
 
It'll probably look much different in the movie. Most of the scenes where you see the outside is at night, I believe. So it will look a bit blacker and more...evil, I guess you could say. I'm just glad things are moving along quickly and smoothly for the movie.:D
 
Oh I'm so excited about this movie! The last year and a half have gone by so quickly and we only have to wait one more year! YEEESSS!! :D
Really, I think that the castle looks great and I am positive that they won't let us down. :)
 
I am sure, as Julie (Into the Wardrobe) already said, that the castle will appear much larger than what is shown in that picture. The CG work effects will add a whole greater dimension to the castle I am sure and will probably be breathtaking as well once it is completed.
 
wow, that actually looks pretty cool and realistic even without the camera work and CG. I hope they keep it a bit rundown and realistic looking like that one is instead of doctoring it up with CG to make it look too pristine.

Good point; hadn't thought about it that way but I agree. You wouldn't really expect Miraz to be the mowing the lawn type so the castle would look more realistic slightly run down.
 
I Hope That They Will Expand Queen Prunaprisimia's Role Beacuse She is also one of Favorite Characters in Prince Caapian,Next to Pevensie Children,Caspian,Nikabrik and Reepicheep :rolleyes:
 
I am sure it will look much more impressive after PP (post production). There are some Scenes in Prince Caspian I just CAN'T wait to see on screen! I am literally jumping off my seat thinking about it! The Battle scene on LWW was amazing, the music score was perfect. I truly can't wait. Prince Caspian is my ALL time Favorite Narnia book hence why I have ants in my pants. :p

I expected the castle to be made from like a gray stone, not that color. I am hoping that that is not the whole castle pictured there, it might be the courtyard or something, because it looks like a closed in area.
