The clip at the end

I was watching LWW the other day and i was supprised by the little clip during the credits when Lucy goes back into the wardrobe room and looks in the wardrobe then professor Kirke talks to her. I love how the walk out together holding hands then the wardrobe door opens and Aslan rores!
Did anyone else enjoy that scene as much as me?

I loved that part! It was a very fitting ending. I found out about it beforehand when when the people I went to see it with went to get up and leave, I told them to sit back down very quickly because it wasn't completely over. They were grateful afterwards.

Yes, that's a valuable addition--the more so since the theatrical cut leaves us with no OTHER clue that Professor Kirke already knows about the existence of Narnia. I also liked the ending of the BBC version of LWW--when the Professor slyly says to the children: "Do you really think you're the ONLY ones who've had an advernture in Narnia?"

I also loved the ending clip of Lucy with the Professor. It was nicely done and a fitting ending to the film.

My sisters told me to wait at the end of the movie. I hadn't seen it in the cenimas since I was away for a mouth and missed it being in the cenimas. So when we got it on dvd they had me wait till the end and I love it. I still do, it is the...well can't say best part of the movie because I like it all :D

I almost always, without exception, if it's a good movie, sit through the credits too, until the very end. In a few movies you get a pleasant surprise, like this one.

I pretty much sit through any credit of a film if I'm watching it at home. I almost missed the little scene at the end of LWW, but we stopped just in time.

What I liked about it...the hint that the Professor was there in Narnia, and that would leave room for the Magician's Nephew. I loved that Professor!! He'd be the old guy to sit by the fire and talk your ears off about his adventures in Narnia.

yes!!!! Digory sooooo rocks!!! hmm..maybe I should get a Professor Kirke sig :p

did anyone notice that Lewis spelt Kirk 2 different ways: Kirk and Kirke, then Bern and Berne

A number of years ago there was a film done by Steven Spielberg called "Young Sherlock Holmes", a ficticious film portraying the young detective at school where he happens to meet a young boy who will become Dr. Watson. Anyway, if one didn't stay at the theater for the whole run of credits, or rewound their VHS tape or stopped their DVD player at the point of the credits, they missed a very important part of the movie - the actual final ending where a teacher at Holmes school who is a criminal is defeated by Holmes and falls into the icy Thames River. But he survives and at the end, you see him signing in at an inn somewhere. Not using his real name, but now going by the name Professor Moriarity. And if you didn't stay until the end you missed that whole scene.

There were a few Disney films I was so obssessed with that I went to the theatre twice a week to see em, and that's when I started to learn to sit through the very end because one of them had a very cute scene ONLY at the very end of the movie.
