"Our Narnia spies have told us that only two of the boys that auditioned in the first round have been called up for the second round. Reportedly, director Andrew Adamson and the producers are in the UK, auditioning actors that are Hispanic in appearance and in their late teens. This would fit the story a bit more, and give Caspian a distinct feel.

I would tend to doubt its authenticity, though it could be true.
I hope not cause I'm not one of those two boys! I think it's kind of early for something like that, and I don't think Andrew and his team will be making such exclusive decisions so early in the casting process. I would also have to say that it probably won't be until February when the real Caspian is announced as on the last movie they started filming with the kids before actually officially giving them the part. As for now I will just hope that something else turns up that would be good for us wannabes still trying. :)

Also I've been reading alot of old leak reports that seem to say that Prince Caspian was scheduled to begin filming in August and everybody knows that didn't happen. So I think that this isn't too decisive yet and that we will hear from quite a few more people before the final Caspian is announced. :)
 
I would have to say that I support Caspian X in his opinion that it is a little early for "exclusive decisions" As he said it could be true but just because it is on Narniafans doesn't mean it is what is really happening. Not that the news guys are trying to mislead us its just that everything is still very much up in the air right now.
I personally hope that some of our wannabes here get a fighting chance. :)
 
Actually I was thinking that if I got the part I would start a question answer thread or something like that, so you all could ask questions about me about the film and other things and I would log on and answer them. I always think it's good to keep up a little with the fan community and I've also had some other creative ideas as well. :) I really wish the Narnia kids were on here and that they would do something like that....

I second the motion, though of course it's all just wishful thinking at this point. I hope you're right on this one. Kinda stinks for all those wannabes who coulda made the role, if they'd only had the chance to audition, huh :( ? BTW, Caspian X, how's it going with your attempts to, at a bare minimum, get in contact with the people doing casting? :confused:

yes the faxes went out with the description of the character and what they were looking for. Its in its very final stages now, although it is not clear when they will announce and confirm the final casting. Less than 5 in the running now, so I hear.
