I read in a post here about a 3-Disc edition. Are they doing a one disc thing and a three disc thing (like special edition). I want more info on it if someone knows of a link or something.

Thanks so much. :)

There will be a 1-disc edition (available both in full- and widescreen) and a 3-disc edition (the first disc being the widescreen movie, the second being bonus features, and the third being a digital copy: one that can be downloaded onto your computer).

On Amazon, all existing dvd makes available are up for preorder.

Here's the link to the Amazon listing for the 1-disk version.

The 1-Disk version includes commentary with Andrew Adamson and the "stars" (probably referring to the main kids and Ben Barnes; not sure)

Here's the link to the Amazon listing for the 3-disk version.

I'll post the features again here:

Disc 1
* Audio Commentary with Director Andrew Adamson and Stars
* BD-Live (Blu-ray exclusive)
* Circle-Vision Interactive: Creating the Castle Raid (Blu-ray exclusive)

Disc 2
* The Bloopers of Narnia
* Deleted Scenes
* Inside Narnia: The Adventure Returns
* Sets of Narnia: A Classic Comes to Life
* Big Movies Comes to a Small Town
* Previsualizing Narnia
* Talking Animals and Walking Trees: The Magical World of Narnia
* Secrets of the Duel
* Becoming Trumpkin
* Warwick Davis: The Man Behind Nikabrik

Disc 3
* DisneyFile Digital Copy

ok I heard of 3-disc edition, and I do believe there will be one, just like LWW ;)

BTW : I love your banner !!!

I was wondering, the one disc version, will it have all those special features? I just don't want to use that third disc but would like the other two, but I didn't know if they put all the special features on the second disc, on the first disc for the version with only one disc. Sorry if that sounds confusing. I want those special features but don't want the third disc, but if I have to, I'll get the third disc version. :)

Unforutately, there will not be a regular 2-disc edition. The third disc, however, will just bump the price up a few pennies; take it away, the price is still vertually the same.
The only bonus featuers on Disc 1 are the audio commentaries.

hum ... obviously you will have more stuff with the 3rd disc, but I'm pretty sure you will have cut scenes and interviews on the 2disc edition ;)

Frankly, I'm surprised there'll be deleted scenes available to watch; this means there will be no extended edition.

More than that; there was an extention to the White Witch scene, as well as three cut shots from the battle. In all, about twenty-two minutes were cut.

There'll be a 2-Disk Ed. available for Blu-Ray, since more space is included on a Blu-Ray disk. Basically it's everything the 3-Disk version has, except the digital copy (I think). But you need a BR player to play the disks (personally, I don't have one).

No, the third disk just has the digital copy, nothing else. Believe me. I got the 2 Disk Special Ed. for "I Am Legend" and the second disk was just the digital copy. (However, you wouldn't get the same bonus features on just the 1-Disk version, which is why I bought the 2-Disk.) No harm done, really... except that the deleted scenes indicate there won't be an extended ed. (like what Skulblaka said). Personally, though, I'd rather watch the deleted scenes included in the movie, rather than flipping a different disk in the player.

I think that's why they made an extended ed. for LWW, since almost every extended scene was nothing more than extra shots and maybe another line included; nothing big.

Oh my goodness! THANK YOU for this info! I didn't know EXACTLY that there would be all that on there - and the deleted scenes! I am litterally screaming with delight at the moment. OH MY GOODNESS! TWO months! :D.

I preordered it. Yeah, I'd get the Blu-ray disc, too, but the players are so expensive, and the sales for them so far aren't that good.
