As for the oldies, I love it when they have the little "Doctor get togethers," those just tickle my fancy. 
As for new ones, I'm a huge fan of just about everything in Season 4, love Donna and her gramps. ^_^ Also, Blink was pretty awesome and scary, and the one with Charles Dickens, I forget the name.
