Johnny depp because Robin Williams would make Reep a wierd and sort of bad mouse....and Johnny depp would make him funny with out the bad humor...I think.
NONE of the characters listed there would fit Reepicheep at all. Robin Williams can and has done serious rolls...but I don't see Reep as being an overly comical character. He's too noble. He's the marital mouse. His humor comes out of the fact that he's got so much courage in so little a body. No, they'd need somone else to play Reep. I'll think more on who I think it could be...but NOT Sasha for ANY reason.
None of the characters above would fit the part, but I'm not sure who.
Although, Andrew did a good job with Liam for Aslan, Dawn and Ray for Mrs and Mr Beaver, respectively, and Rupert for the Fox, so I'm sure he'll make the right decision.
I didn't expect any of them to do the voices for any of the characters, and, in fact, when I heard Mrs Beaver for the first time, i laughed out loud, and thought Dawn was a bit too much of a comedian actor for such a serious role, but after about a minute of listening, I knew she was the best person for the job, so I'm sure Andrew could get the best performance possible out of anyone.
I think that the person who does the voice for Reepicheep should be Scottish. I was listening to a dramatization of Prince Caspian recently and the voice for him was someone Scottish and I thought it sounded right. Because personally I don't think someone would be able to have a real mousey accent . So tell me what you think and what actor you would have in mind.
hmm...yah, I agree with you! A scottish accent would be the best...but hmm...I dont know many people with a scottish accent, hehe...maybe someone else would know!
I think that this is like the third thread on this subject of who should be the voice of Reepicheep. And for the third time I believe it should be Jason Carter who played Marcus Cole on the scifi hit series a few years ago, Babylon 5
Though Ewan McGregor is the best choice among those actually offered in the poll (so I voted accordingly), I also stand by Jason Carter. If you watch Carter in "B5," you'll see what a terrific emotional range his voice can cover.
