I was wondering when PC comes out-will LWW be pushed away? I no what everyone will say; No. Because everyone is so obsessed with the movie (at leasy I think..) Please dont hate me for making a thread like this..I just wanna know your thoughts...

i don't think so, of course: when PC comes out everyone will be really excited about that one, and they will talk about it far more then about LWW. But in the end i think the same thing will happen with Narnia as with LotR. All movies will be loved:)

Possiblity, never take that out of te question. I think that it might but when squenses come out don't you all ways want to see the first part before the second if you have both parts that makes it whole [in since] and that would mean some kids[when get PC] will first want to watch LWW adn then PC. That is my veiw.

I agree. I love ALL my LotR movies. Actually, my favorite is The Fellowship of the Ring, the first one. I don't know why LWW would be forgotten. There are some people who always go after the latest-greatest-newest stuff, so they might freak out over PC, and forget about LWW. But I think the true Narnians will love all the movies :)

I agree with Gale (~Neevil~). I think that those who are true fans of the Narnia books and films will love each film equally. Though I'm impatient to see The Last Battle since it's my favorite out of all the books next to HHB.

I agree. I think like other films such as LOTR, Star Wars, etc., the original films will not lose their appeal. In fact most people once they have seen Prince Caspian and own it on DVD will start watching them back-to-back and enjoying them as though they were one movie.

Yeah....I agree. It is a good question. So, why? Is it because it didn't really create a debate somewhere along the line? LOL If that's it, I'll pretend to disagree with everyone else, including myself, and start one. ROFLOL :D

Why would we hate you for making a thread? :D We know and love ya, TN.

Well one thing's for sure, the Prince Caspian thread on this forum will probably become incredibly more active than the LWW thread...and we'll see much more talk about it. But that's natural. It doesn't mean that the LWW is being pushed away or replaced, it means that there's a new movie out that we can love and cherish just as much as LWW.

And after PC, of course, there are many more Narnia movies to enjoy!

On the contrary, PC will make me watch LWW again.

Yeah we're going to collect all the movies, right, NARNIA FORUM FANS? Since Prince Caspian is second we have a good reason to rewatch LWW.

Don't wish that!

gee..now I wish I never made this thread.........

No, don't wish that. It's a perfectly valid question. I do think the producers need to make sure that each film relates stylistically enough to the others that they will have an enduring story to tell. All the films will be watched and loved, although each person will have their favorites.

I look forward to Narnia film festivals, where fans get together and watch all seven films back-to-back!

I agree on that.

hm, well for me, in all movie series, I'm always a fan of the first one, the original. I'm sure I'll love PC, but since LWW was the first, added to the fact that LWW was my favorite book out of the series in the first place, LWW will always be special!
