I don't really know what to think of this picture. Some questions:

Why is the person taking a picture instead of helping the poor kid?
Why is the kid in the toilet in the first place? His pants are on, so we know he wasn't going potty...

LOL He's one of my favorite characters . Gotta love him . I also find it funny how they call him "Mr. Hattenclogs" which sounds sort of like "Mr. Hat-and-clogs" which is what he wears ^^ hahaa
