Ok you know the main tool box? Once you select a tool it will show the options for the tool beneath where you select the tool. That's where you can set feather edges.
Well I take the laso select tool, put on feather edges, cut something out of one picture, and paste it on a new layer on a new picture. That probably doesn't make sense though.
Oh I'm having problems remembering to pratice and stuff.
