But they are SUCH gorgeous and delicate work, I don't DARE to pin them onto my costume as I had in mind to do; there's too much danger that one or more of them would get lost or damaged. I'll have to figure out some other way to let people see them.

Yes, it is Elven - Sindarin, to be exact. It means 'silver echoes'. 'Celeb' means 'like silver' and '-iel' is a feminine suffix, so you could also translate it as 'echoes like silver' or 'lady (or maiden) of silver echoes'. Why 'silver echoes'? It references many of my hobbies -photography, writing, and music- as well as having personal connotations. Silver is a precious metal and the best kind is highly refined. The purer it is, the higher the shine and the better quality reflection it produces. I want my life to be a reflection of Christ, precious and pure. (Needless to say, I'm still being refined. )
