No, no, certainly not ashamed. Just prepared for whatever the other person/people could be thinking. Most of the people I know personally, even friends, poke fun at me for analyzing, and I typically will laugh will them because it's true. Some people have been actually annoyed at me for analyzing, but there's nothing I can do about it, so I don't bother myself with it. I'm one of those people that can criticize several things about myself, but still appreciates the quirks.
As for syllogism, yes, I realized that about last year. Personally I haven't read the Bible as much as I would prefer. Mostly I've just been following "A proverb a day," rule.

Thank-you. Since last year when my English teacher taught my class the importance of analyzing, I started to like it and do it for a lot of things, like the prayer requests. However, because we live in a society where people are often lead by emotions, I usually say something like what I did.
