  • I remember I gave her a heart shaped letter when I was on the first grade because it was valentine's day, I can't really remember what I wrote in there, what else...and when I was in the third or second grade I gave her a pencil on Teacher's Day, it was a cheap gift but I thought it would be helpful for her if she use it as it would be easier to erase, and I spend my little savings to buy the pencil...
Really!?..but my memories about her are vague..
I remember she told me she likes the color of blue, her favorite flower was tulip, her favorite song was "In His time", her hair was black, she used to kiss me good night..she was a teacher and she has this beautiful smile..( ugh! I hate this..I'm about to cry..) and she's a very good cook..and she used to embrace me tightly like a big bear hug., is this enough?
I just discovered that the founder of "Blackwater USA" went to my future school, Hillsdale College. Pretty neat.
hello copperfox, how are you doing? thank you so much for your prayers, my dad took grama to senior day care today he really needs a break, i'm glad you have found a companion to be friends with :) have the best week ever
Are you sure? know that you said that God is REFUSING to help her except through you. Is this what you believe? is this the way you see it? How do you know God has not tried other things and maybe she has not heard His voice?

Look here. I am going to be painfully honest. You have sounded a little too desperate to have female companionship in your posts and messages. Is this desperation preventing you from seeing this objectively? Is it preventing you from seeing or hearing what else God has done or said?

The way I see it, this is not a good move for you. But then again, I don't know everything that's happening out there with you. But one thing I know is that God does not give us more burdens than we can bear. Are you sure you can one more time?
hello copperfox, how are you doing? i'm good :) whoaaa your blood pressure has shot up again :( not good, my grama's going to senior day care tomarrow she needs alot of prayer, have the best week ever
I'm glad you were able to appreciate it. :) You may find that you enjoy a lot of Jane Kenyon. Some of what she wrote was written while she was dying of cancer, but unlike Keats, she searches for comfort, and often manages to find it. She also has a special place in my heart because she is from my area of the country (and a Christian poet-- hard to find worthwhile ones these days).
It's poem in your pocket day-- the day when you share poetry with people you meet, or hide it places. Thought you'd appreciate this particular poem by Jane Kenyon.

    Let Evening Come
    by Jane Kenyon

Let the light of late afternoon
shine through chinks in the barn, moving
up the bales as the sun moves down.

Let the cricket take up chafing
as a woman takes up her needles
and her yarn. Let evening come.

Let dew collect on the hoe abandoned
in long grass. Let the stars appear
and the moon disclose her silver horn.

Let the fox go back to its sandy den.
Let the wind die down. Let the shed
go black inside. Let evening come.

To the bottle in the ditch, to the scoop
in the oats, to air in the lung
    let evening come.

Let it come, as it will, and don't
be afraid. God does not leave us
    comfortless, so let evening come.
I mean will you have the strength to take care of another person and will you have support when and if you get to the point where you're health would prevent you from doing it? Who will help you if you need help? If you also become ill?
LOL! Ok. Sorry. Maybe I should edit my previous vm, hahaha!!
The question is, are you prepare to deal with this again? Don't you want to know what a "normal" (and I mean whatever passes for normal) relationship feels like it? You also have to take into account your own health. Will you last this time?
I are you referring to who I think you're referring to? LOL! Well, that may be so. But there are more variables involved when I post what I post other than a simple "I don't believe it."
hello copperfox, how are you doing? how's the visit with your lady friend going? how's your week been? everything's turning around for us a little bit, have the best week ever
It's the principle of the matter though. I'm not advocating anything. If anything at all, I'm supporting country music, which more people should listen to. It's down-to-earth Americans.
