Yes in my knees. I hurt them doing Taekwondo and ended up going to physio and they told me. That was a few years ago now. Well I hope your hip gets better soon.

I saw a local production of Les Mis today! A woman from my parish was directing it and was pretty darn great. many tears. etc.
