Sadly this year no channel, they're taking a break and only showing a few specials (Easter, one sometime soon and then I think a two parter for Christmas) none of which do they actually show in the US so if you live in the US you have to watch the new ones on YouTube. However of the new Doctor Who the 1-4 seasons are available on DVD as well as the specials and if you have a kind library they'll often buy the old ones as well
