You're welcome. Now that you have that fish netted, let me add another complication. While my tiger story CAN be understood by itself, there is a related story.
Have you ever encountered a member calling himself Timbalionguy? He is actually an expert on wild animals. When I was first in progress writing my tiger story, Tim complimented me on the quality of my depictions of animals. Then he decided HE would like to write a "same-universe" novel closely linked to mine. His story would begin years earlier than mine, then would catch up in time and run parallel to the events I narrated. His work is titled "The Lion's Share."
Real life halted his work halfway through; but it should still be possible to dig up the existing portion of "Lion's Share." And because of the chronology and the close plot connection, if you were FIRST to read what there is of "Lion's Share," and then move to my tiger story, you would find the two forming ONE unbroken, understandable narrative.
