anyways yeah I love the twist! but it's not only that they don't censor it, British tv in general is like...over the top compared to here, you know. Even like the frickin shampoo commercials. WE even had to switch it for then. I like the brit scene though

lol of course I know that show. It's finished I think though, but I don't think Degrassi can count as a fandom for me. Skins is...different, yet about the same thing.

I guess I like the British kids, all punked up and the shows a bit more hardcore.
I am Canadian btw None of the people from the show were really hot though.

Actually, I find that Skins sort of copies Degrassi, I guess the producer/director just thought it would be a successful show for England
And Skins is basically UK only whereas Degrassi everyone knows about.
One of the episodes is scarily siilr ot that of Degrassi though.
