  • Oh! Yes, forgot to VM you about that. Yeah I'm doing fine except I've got this weird cough now, but at least the fever's gone. How've you been doing? Not getting any fevers too, I hope.
One cool place in Denver proper is the Botanical Gardens. My first wife and I visited it at least twice in the 1990's. A neat natural feature to the south is Garden of the Gods, with Star Trek-like rock formations. We went there many times.
Born in the Denver area? If you've been gone longer than five years, I can tell you that there's been a LOT of outlying residential development since you left, even as far out as near the airport. It will perhaps mean something to you if I say that I live close to Chambers Road, not far from Parker Road.
Just about to have lunch. After that, I plan to drive to an excavation site to collect stones for my repairs to my backyard earth-retaining wall.

If you start reading my "Alipang" story, let me tell you an inside fact. My first deceased wife had the middle name of Cecilia, and her mother's maiden surname was Havens. Thus the character of Cecilia Havens is based on her.
Of course you can post prayer requests; that section is open to the entire membership, as is almost everything here. As for the technical question, Truman or Barbarian King, or any of the Mods, could answer that for you much better than I can.
CFSgirl, the next time you write me a Visitor Message, please put it on MY profile; because if you don't, I won't receive a prompt to tell me I have a message. I only saw your "Elvish" reply because I happened to look on your profile.
yes, I did 2 roles, 1. Elvish Royalty, and 2. A elf that loves fighting and having a good time. I miss it alot
In the section "Other Fantasy Worlds," there is a topic thread specially for Renaissance Festivals. In addition, there is a prayer-request thread for needs revealed at the festival.
How I am is: happy to be in the Renaissance Festival, yet sad to have no woman in my life (I must have mentioned being twice a widower). All the women anywhere near my age seem to be either married, bitter against men, or in rebellion against God.
Out of the clear blue sky, I invite you to try reading my real-world-themed novel in progress, "The First Love of Alipang Havens."
