Life has been great! Busy with school but I'm about to have a much needed two week break! Haha! How have you been???
Oh wow! Your mother's good! I suppose you speak English with her? (Out of curiosity, does Javanese have a written language?)

Reading. Nothing ever beats reading. :) I read more in English, because that's basically what I grew up reading. I can tell easily which English books I'd like and which I won't, which is something I just can't seem to do with Chinese books. I read tons in English. I do like Chinese too, because it's a very beautiful language. In Chinese, I mainly read Kung Fu novels, and a series of si-fi by one famous writer. I just don't know how to find a good Chinese book for some reason. Perhaps the tradition of novel writing is not as deep here... I also read lots of ancient poetry and prose, because I've gotten really interested in Chinese lit, thanks to my wonderful Chin. Lit. teacher! Love her!

You seem to have quite a talent with music! You compose?? Write songs?? I only know how to play the piano (kinda). What do you play? And what songs do you write?
Boyfriend u can find him in my FB if you want to see what he looks like hm or wait when I take some more of him next week :]
Well, I spoke both languages since I was small, so it's not really a big achievement. I was lucky. ;) I know learning a new language requires learning a lot of vocab, but it's still really interesting. If you ever decide to learn another language, go ahead and do it slowly. Take some time, it's actually fun! :D What is your mother's native tongue?

During my holidays? I read. And read. And read. I love reading. :D I also spend half the day staring at the computer sometimes, which is a terrible habit. I also like to visit different interesting historic sites or museums and things like that... Not that I get to do it too often. And I enjoy watching plays and musicals... when I can offord it...

What do you like to do?
Awwwww ! Thanks Cleo! Yeah it was...tough shall we say. And his "best friend' Gabbie claims that they "liked eachother more than they thought" and that they talked about it before he passed away...and I'm confused about it....It's OK, I'm glad your back now. God bless you too!

Haha,no,too much school has fried my brain.:p
    The food is really good!

Yes,it's compulsory, but you can back out on religious/moral grounds (for example,a person who is a Jehovah's Witness wouldn't be required since their religion teaches they shouldn't.:))
I'm not sure if it's compulsory anywhere other than America,it's mainly here because otherwise it would be difficult to find jury members if it was volunteer...plus America has more court cases than any other country so....:p
The judge pronounces sentence,we only decide guilt or innocence-punishment if the person is guilty is up to the judge.
    Aw,thanks!
    LOL! :p
Yes, it is great. :D And yes, you can ask... (you've already done so, haven't you?) My first words were actually in Chinese, but our family started speaking only English in the house when I was about three, so I got pretty good at it... I usually think in English, but I dream in both. So yeah, I'm fluet in both. (lucky me! I do love Chinese so! And English makes life easier. :p)

I was actually looking forward to exams. /quote

I know that feeling! Horrible horrible feeling! But lovely bliss now that you're done! Yay! :D
yes, please I would love it :] and you got the right sister :] I'm been doing all right I guess my bf is coming home in two weeks yay!
    D
*smacks forehead* I knew that!!(Dumb brunette moment,sorry.). It was Thursday, just my mom, grandmother and I (oh and the dog,she loves the food.:D). Yep,we had turkey, and pie,and all the good stuff. We're still having leftovers.:p

Basically, everybody once you're within a month or two of 21 gets a summons in the mail. Then you have to go to the town court house on the date listed and be one of twelve people on a jury, hear the case, and based upon evidence, decide guilty or not guilty. I'm hoping I don't get anything major (I'm not convinced I'd like to decide on a murder trial),but thats basically the jist.
No,never done it before. I'm a little nervous, but I think law is interesting so it should be okay.:)
Five weeks ago. There's a thread about it..just go under my threads. Thanks. Hope your break is good too.

Haha,it's college, mostly studying for next week's finals for this quarter.:D And I've been called to jury duty for next month.
Mainly Chinese literature and history, both of which I am obsessed with. :D Also taking courses on writing and grammar, and my father's given me a reading list of Eng. lit... I need to get working on that. :p
How were the exams? I'm sure it's absolutely wonderful having a holiday! :D I hope you enjoy it.
