Sometime when I wasn't paying attention, I made my 13,000th post! Lord I must have a lot of comments to make ...

Anyway: I joined TDL in 2005 after an '04 visit to Disney World when I first heard that LWW was being made into a movie. I was looking for info on the movie and found this Forum. I read the threads for a while and never became a member until I realized how nice everyone was, and how everyone was really passionate about Narnia, so I joined.

At the time there were some different mods and different members, but the atmosphere was the same -- friendly and fun, and so many people were willing to pray for you if you needed it ... I quickly became obsessed. And goodness, as the months, weeks and days flew by to the premiere of LWW, the excitement was just CRAZY!

(Which has happened again with every movie release, of course.)

I love coming here every week and seeing all the discussions about Narnia and everything else under the sun. Thanks everyone for making this such a cool place to hang out and post, post, post 13 thousand times! Love you! :D

Yah, what happened to all the fan girls?! They were fun. The Willianites and Skandarnites.
 
A lot of the fangirls were cool. The ones that stayed the longer for the sake of Narnia were the best. I still miss Angela, Mrs. Pevensie I don't know about all the other Missus
 
I loved the fan girls -- they were a riot. But of course fan girls grow up. :)

And yah, the ones who stay for the sake of Narnia are the best.
