I was watching Fight Club the other day. *sigh* I sooo enjoyed watching Jared get his butt kicked lol. If only that movie was a real life documentary:rolleyes: :D

Anyways, I kinda like that song they have on the radio.

What's that supposed to mean? Maybe if you knew about the Jared and Shannon's life before getting recognition you wouldn't say that. It's not fair to judge someone who gets enough critisism from the media for finally doing what he wants to. Seriously would you be perfectly alright if you never really knew your biological father because he was a dirtbag and left you when you were too young to understand?

btw- 30 is only kinda emo...kill hannah is a better example of an emo band.

oh and one more thing- I have met Jared and the rest of 30 twice, and they feel loved, they aren't sad!

A: It is totally fair to judge someone based on anything at all. My logic, when it comes to people who wear eyeliner, is emo unless proven otherwise.
B: 30 Seconds to Mars is just as emo as my chemical romance, fallout boy, all-american rejects...let's just say, it's definitely emo.
C: If they are truly happy...then the makeup, the sad lyrics, the abstract videos, blah blah blah, is all fake...are you calling your favorite band posers?

I think you should not post in this thread to be perfectly honest if you hate them. Cause it wasn't meant for haters- believe what you want.

Also we listen to a lot of stuff. It's important to us! I dont even listen to FOB or AAR and that stuff- they are sellout who could care less about their fans (AAR I mean)...

Ever heard of Saosin, Bullet for my Valentine, Underoath, Senses fail, The Used, Chiodos, etc etc etc... not every band are bad and fake...

...and they care about there fans more than anything- 30 is the top of that list. No one takes care of their fans liek 30 does.

I'm so curious as to what you listen to...because I imagine from what you say it must be so much more meaningful!

oh the blackberry laid babies interview lol...they are entertaining when it comes to interviews- there is a great old one when they were on this show called "gamers" youtube search 30 on gamers and you will get it- it's hilarious of Matt ans Shannon playing a video game and not doing to well at it, but w/e...it's very old but it's really entertaining!

I'm getting a signed cd!!! They performed at Pinkpop, right here in Holland, just today, 8 hours ago.. I watched everything.. Couldn't tape the full concert, but now I just performed a little interview and From Yesterday and The Kill, so.. ^^ It ruuuuuled!! Veeerry good.. :D

lol glad that went well for you! I seriously wear my signed echelon band everywhere, and people ask how much I payed for it and I always have to say "Um, they signed it for me right in front of me, I handed it to them". I also have a shirt signed by them that's framed, but I consider that the better of the two things I have signed because I have Matt's signature on that one before he left...I miss Matt, he was such a sweetheart!

I never asked Laura- how are the mp3's I sent you working out? I hope you have been enjoying the older material! Also I was in a music store the other day and ABL (the entire cd) was playing which was kind of exciting! I know I have posted my concert pictrues many times but I never posted them here,so I figure that you would all appreciate a couple of pics from various shows!!!

Deer in headlights??? It was pouring and freezing so we were hiding under a scaffold hahaha
left the pit to meet saosin (Taste of Chaos), hence the far away picture because my friend and I did not want to go back in haha! You can also see a foggy view of Tim Kelleher- temp/new bassist if you scroll over!
The shirts I had made for the boys, they loved them!!!

aww your so sweet! I have also heard from some of my friends that they have been on the radio a lot lately which is cool, but in a way I don't want them to be huge huge because then the concerts turn all into stadiums and the intimacy is gone, but I'm very happy for them! Do they play just stadiums overseas? Because it's a rare for them to play stadiums here, hence why I made the intamacy comment. First time I saw them, the venue was fairly small, so there was tons of interaction!
