a Minotaur?????

"But have you ever heard of a good hag, or werewolf?"

Well timbalionguy, there was Lupin from Harry Potter: PoA. Mind you, in his wolf state, he was nearly uncontrollable and had to rely on Sirius and James to keep him under control when he was in Hogwarts and on Snape's potion to keep his job.

I do remember that scene, from what is my favorite HP movie. (I'm not a big fan of HP, but I have enjoyed a couple of the films.) I also have a number of the Narnia Solo games, and there is a (reasonably) good hag (as well as a reasonably good witch) in one of those books.

One reason you wouldn't have a good minotaur is that they ate human flesh. The only major minotaur of legend - the monster in the labyrinth constructed by Daedalus - would hunt down and devour the twelve youths and twelve maidens sent by Athens as tribute to King Minos of Crete. Theseus slew that minotaur, but any other ones that showed up were strictly bad. Even centaurs, fauns, and satyrs weren't safe for humans (though Lewis gives them a more civilized veneer in Narnia). In short, in classical mythology anything that was half-human half-beast signified an subhuman creature.

I thought the article said he was playing a minator. I'm not sure how they're gonna work him in there. The characters of Orius and General Otmin fit in ok, but I don't think that they should force a minator into PC if one doesn't fit and it's not sounding like he's gonna fit well. I'll still wait and see it before I judge it...but it's not sounding that promising to me.

According to PC, the book, all talking creatures were into hiding or exterminated. So perhaps, in order to allow their species to come back, it is better to fight on the side of a person who wants to see old Narnia restored than to be in hiding or have your race die off. Worry about surviving as a species first, then kill the humans later might be the best thought. ROFLOL!!!
