After Return of the King

She giggeled and ran after him.
" Oh Mr. Merry you are funny," She said jummping on his back.

Merry laughed, adjusting the weight of the girl on his back,

"I'm delighted you think so, Eastà."

Just then he heard the sound of voices coming from inside the house, speaking about the travels to Gondor. He then asked Eastà,

"Are you coming to Gondor with us as well, little one?"

She nodded.
" yes my Mother said I can go," She said still on his back.

Ertha came out.
" WHy hello you two are you having fun?," She ask.

Merry-

Merry smiled,

"That is good. I shall enjoy your company. Have you ever been to the white city before?"

Just then he turned his attention to Ertha, as she stepped out into the cool air,

"Yes.. I believe we are."

He now became a bit more serious, as the suspisions against her began to pour back into his mind,

"Are we to be leaving now?"

OOC: Gotta go! I'll be back later. Bye.

She nodded.
" Yes soon so you two be getting ready now," She told them

Eastà smiled.
" Oh no I haven't please tell me what it like?," She ask.

Merry-

Merry gently removed Eastà from his back and placed her on the soft green grass beneath them,

"Well.. I'm afraid I don't know as much about Gondor as Master Peregrin. I spent most of my time in the realm of Rohan. Ahhh.. such a wonderful place that was."

He then paused, thinking back to the time he had given his service to King Theoden. Snapping back into the scene in front of him he smiled,

"But I will try my best.. to describe it to you. It stands near a large circle of moutains, and it's massive white gates and buildings seem to glow against the blue sky. No words could describe how large the city is, or how it strikes one as magnifacant. But you shall know what I mean when you get there yourself."

She nodded.
" Oh that sound pretty Mr.Merry," She said taking his hand with her tiny little finger.

Merry smiled, looking down at the young Elf,

"Really? I had believed my description fell short of it's true splendor. But I'm glad you liked it."

Still holding her hand, they both hurried inside, hurrying to gather everything they needed for their journey to Gondor.

She put everything she needed in her bag.
" Mr.Merry can you carry my bag for me plase?," She ask with puppy eyes.

Merry-

Merry smiled, taking the light weight pack in his hands. He soon replied with his brown eyes sparkling,

"I will gladly take it for you, Eastà. Tis' no trouble at all."

He then added,

"If you like, you may even ride atop my shoulders for awhile. You are no burden to me. After all... you practicly weigh as much as a feather."

"Me too!" Kasey said running out.

"And I as well." Sam said.

"Well then...guess we can go." Arla said.

Bryan jumped out of the tree. "I'll come too...been a long time since I've seen the white city."

Frodo-

Filing out with the others, under the bright blue sky, they left the comforts of Ethra's welcoming home. Frodo stood close to Kasey, and he said to her quietly,

"I cannot wait to get to Gondor. I am so glad we have a guide to get us there as well."

Merry-

Still holding his little friend's hand, Merry stepped back outside. He then looked down at her,

"I suppose we shall be off then."

He now placed the girl upon his shoulders and began walking steadily.

"Neither can I Frodo." Kasey said smiling.

Arla lead the way.

Frodo-
Frodo walked slowly beside her,

"And if all goes according to plan.. I assume we shall be there by the day's end. Or atleast.. that is what I was told."

Pippin-

Pippin hurried alongside Frodo, moving into their conversation,

"Well.. I sure hope that is true.. because my feet are already tiring."
