The picture itself was blurry. I already tried the effects on them. But, oh well.

Question please:When you make blended avatars,do you blend them together and then resize them to be an avatar,or do you resize one image small,and blend the picture in then,please?

...It's just ordinary, right? When I put this base:
Over it and blend it, it comes out this way:
