she sighed laying her head back on his chest. what was all the fuss about? everything her mom had hammered into her head seemed so pointless now. so much worry about something that no one needed to worry about espessially with Dan. she closed her eyes and wondered if her mom and dad were ever half as happy as she was?

He traced the lines of her face with his finger looking into her eyes, "what are you thinking?"

"My mom....and dad," she said looking away, "I wonder if they were ever as happy as this."

"mmm," he mumbled, unsure how to answer.

"Mmmm?" she questioned looking up at him, "you don't think so?"

"I don't know, I'd like to think they were," he said.

"I don't think so," she said thinking back, "I don't really ever remeber happy times when they are together. It's always fighting that leads to mom crying and then he defending him."

"Well... once," he said leaving it.

"No," he said, "I'll listen to you anytime."

she smiled and blushed a little, "why I got you I don't know but I am the lukiest girl on teh face of the planet."

she smiled then a horndus growl rumbled up from her stomach

"You hungry," he asked smiling.

She made a face, "why does it do that? the most important moment of my life and my stomach decideds to act up."

"Everyone needs food," he said stroking her face softly.

"I agree but couldn't it have waited just a little longer?" she whined

she pulled her self up and closer to him kissing him back. she didn't want this moment to ever end
