Okay, I hate to be a total mood killer, but I need some prayers

PLEASE READ
My aunt (grand-aunt, she's really my dad's aunt) had a brain aneurysm and was hospitalized today. She just had a surgery to drain the blood out. She's actually been pretty responsive to my "aunts" and "uncles" voices, but she hasn't opened her eyes yet and she can't speak right now. As of now, the doctors think she'll be in the hospital for a month at least, and then she'll have to have several months of rehab. The fact that she's already so responsive is a miracle in itself, but it's still going to be a long haul, and my uncle already had previous health conditions (he had a stroke a few years back) and this added stress really isn't going to be good for him either. I don't know everybody's personal beliefs on here, but regardless of whether you think there's a God or not, I would really appreciate it if each of you could just say a little prayer or two for her and the family. She's been like a second grandmother to me for over 10 years now since my real grandma died; plus, now all my cousins are going through what I had to go through 3 times already with my grandma, my other aunt (my grandma's sister), and my grandpa, and I know how painful it is. I have a feeling that she's going to pull out much better than expected, but she still needs all the support she can get.

I really appreciate you guys putting up with the mood dampener. Thanks <3

Thanks so much. Right now she's pretty much the same as she was yesterday. It's too early to tell if her responses are voluntary or not. She did open her eye today, though. And I noticed that her heart rate seems to spike a bit when people lean down and talk to her. So if this is voluntary, it's a good sign.

Anyway, thanks for the prayers; I'll keep you posted.
 
I think he makes an excellent King Caspian X but I had no idea he was taking up miming :p I think perhaps the reason we saw so little of him and he had no speaking parts in the trailer is because they are really trying to keep continuity right now and aren't ready to reveal Caspian's nationality change to the general public.

I don't think he should shave, or get a haircut. I like his look for the movie. It screams "I'm on a voyage" which is good because he is. I would like to think when King Caspian is on a voyage he looks a little grungier than he did as Prince Caspian.
 
The beard has actually grown on me. I like it now! :D I was a bit upset that he didn't do much in the trailer, but there will be other trailers, so I'm fine for now :D And he's featured as one of the main characters on the movie website, so it's all good.

AGH I CAN'T WAIT for the scenes with him and Lilliandil (Ramandu's Daughter). Hehe I shall be living vicariously through her character. lol

Dusty, I'm very sorry all that had to happen to your poor little eyes. That is why I don't search for Ben Barnes pics often. I don't wanna see him nude and I don't want to see him kissing anoher guy. I really hope he never does anything like that again. :(

ah its okay. it was excrutiatingly creepy the first time but as I said,i'm immune now. poor dude,he thought they'd let him ease into the gross stuff but they just threw him into it:first day. poor thing:(
and trust me,i don't think he'll do it again.
locked in sounds like something my dad would watch and so does DG so ouch.
But I haven't had trouble looking him up on google,benbarnesonline.com has all the gross stuff so I keep off there. then again ALL his fansites creep me out because no one is understanding of his feelings like we are. They're just: hottie hottie hottie! ooooooh!

Oh and yes CG,DG comes out august 24th. Four days after Ben's birthday and exactly ON my baby bro's first birthday and my cousin's 11th birthday. My favorite brit shop downtown will probably be promoting it and when I go there with my allowance with my mum,lord is she gonna learn some things:D
 
Thanks. Just saw the trailer,AGAGAHAHAHAHAHAHA! It made me cry,it seriously made me cry. I really really wanna kill Michael now. Ben doesn't look as bad as I thought but they gutted the book too much. THE WITCH IS DEAD! KEEP IT DEAD! THE STAR HAS NO NAME! Hee hee,so about the beard debate,ehhhh it depends how he wears the beard. When he tramping around town with it with his hair in a bun,it looks stupid. But if he leaves his hair down he looks fine. the beard grew on me and(wow that phrased funny) I like it. Trust sammy,you'll like it too. I felt the same way you did a while ago.
 
OMG!!! Ben's beard grew on you????!!! I knew you were stalking him, but don't you think perhaps growing his facial hair is a bit much?
 
yes lengthening it would be a bit much. at least with long hair,if he cuts his hair short and then maybe lengthens it a teeny bit,it might be cool. But right now I like it stubbly,like my daddy :) the slight mustache looks AWESOME on him! OMG HE SHOULD DO THAT MORE! He can do pretty much every hairstyle except curly and super long. I saw a pic of him in killing bono with wavy hair a few inches below the chin that was kind of frizzy,paired with a pair of eyes that looked kind of glazed and I was like "OMG! THATS ME! HOW'D I TURN INTO A BOY?"

Yes Charisa,I stalk him. My little line I want to say to him so bad is "I know you backwards and forwards,upside down and sideways,everyday I learn something new so why don't you stop acting like you're so private."

Omg,my grandma was here for the 11th 12th 13th and 14th of june and me and her were looking at my folder of Ben Barnes pics(numbering 468 and used for banners/avvies etc.) and was like swooning all over them like I do:D
she called him "disgustingly good looking" as I re-call.
Went to see Toy Story 3 today and the theatre was giving VOTD posters out free(cheaply printed,blech) and my mom and dad were like "Oh Reagan,grab one of those for your room! come on,you know you like it!"
And I was like "NOPE! I'M NOT SUPPORTING MICHAEL! HE GUTTED MY FAVORITE BOOK!THAT DEVIL!" Plus I HATE the promotional poster,I wanna re-do ALL of them. LWW has to many clashing colors and too busy,PC's is right to focus on Ben but green yellow and brown with red looks gross. and
VOTD'S is too plain and doesn't really give you an idea about what the film is about.:mad:

No it was just the stupid one of aslan with the boat in his eye with the dumb slogan! Besides I could make on in 2 minutes,it just cheap ink on printer paper,my dad has a ton at work. Now what I'm going to do is make a Ben Barnes pin for my purse. I'm gonna use the one of him screaming "OMG!" you know,with the happy face.

He looks like this jerk I know! ouch! so if anyone reads anything about him being bullied as a kid,thats what he looked like in middle school.
