Benonites II

Hey there friends, I just wanted to leave a friendly reminder of the family friendly nature of the forum. Keep in mind, if it's not appropriate for a 10 year old to read, it does't belong on the forum. Thanks.

By the way, you can't hide Ben anywhere...the guy is amazingly tall. I stood next to him in 5 inch heels and I still didn't quite come up to his shoulder. I was shocked at just how tall he was.

lol i have that picture that you have for your avi! its so cute :)
his tie is flying :D

*realises* YOU SAW B-B-BEN? :O thats so AWWW!

yes, this thread inspired me to change my avi from will to ben!

ah i'd love to see ben in real life! or at least one movie star. it's on my list of things to do before i die: see a movie star in person. (preferrably one who matters more to me than some random guy.)

Movie stars are just normal people like you and me. They just are in films for a living.

Yes I met Ben at the Prince Caspian premiere. I'm typically 5'2" and I was in shoes that raised me up a good 5 inches....but was still very short next to him.

wow i would love to get a photo with a movie star.... preferably Ben :)
he looks particularly handsome in that pic :D

He was dressed up for the Prince Caspian premiere. He did look good, but he seemed to be missing throughout most of the after party.

Although it was fun to get to meet the stars, personally, I just love meeting people in general. I liked talking to the security guard at the premiere who looked kind of bored. He'd never read the Narnia books, but said after our discussion that he might give them a try. I loved meeting people who worked on the film that others may not remember...but they're lovely, interesting people. Rachel Henley was one of the nicest, kindred spirits around at the party there and I wish I could have had more time to talk to her at length about anything that popped into our minds...Narnia related or not. I have to say that LionCon was as much fun if not moreso than the premiere because I got to meet several people from the Narnia sites and have established friendships that will no doubt last a lifetime. Seek to meet people. Movie stars are interesting, but don't miss out on something wonderful by overlooking people less well known.

yes me too

yes me too i would feel weird if i met ben too or anyone famous for that matter but that will never happen :) the poster's still on the wall and in good shape :)

  LUCKY!

...wait, if you're 5'2" and you wore heels and you were STILL that short next to him...how tall IS he?! I'm 5'1" and I hate wearing really high heels...if I ever met him I'd be completely dwarfed! :D
