No, I haven't downloaded anything....I've got Printshop but I don't understand it...is Photofiltre good?

Yes, I really like it. It doesn't have the capability for blending, but it's really easy to use.

Photobie can blend.

How? I've tried blends in Photofiltre, (haha) the best you can do is use the smudge and blur tools and hope for the best...

And what do you mean by 'inster'? Are you trying to take a whole image and put it in another one, or are you trying to take just part of an image and put it it another one?
