Happy Bilbo and Frodo's birthday! *Runs up and crushes Bilbo and Frodo in a group hug against my Frodo Lives T-shirt!* (I'm really wearing it ) Then grabs Merry and dances with him.
And for all you Lord of the Rings lovers who want to make a tasty Lord of the Rings snack, here is the recipe I use to make Lembas. I got it off Council of Elrond.com, but I've added on to it to make it taste "sweeter than the honeycakes of the beornings."

Enjoy! (P.S. Most of the ingredients you'll probably have, but you might have to go out and buy some heavy cream. But you can easily find it in a Giant Eagle for $1.50 or so) Here goes:
Lovely Lembas for Lord of the Rings lovers:
6 Tbsp butter or margarine, slightly softened
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 cup granulated sugar (Or more, or less to taste)
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
4 Tbsp. heavy cream
1/4 cup honey (Or more, to taste. If you add more honey, add a little more flour so it doesn't get too runny)
(If you want fluffy Lembas, which can become somewhat chewy, add 1/2 teaspoon or less baking soda. Don't add too much or they become somewhat bitter. If you don't add baking soda they are flatter and crisper.)
Mixing instructions: With pastry blender, fork, or elvish dagger, cut margarine into flour, salt (And optional, baking soda) in a mixing bowl until the mixture resembles cornmeal. Do this rapidly so the butter doesn't melt. Add the sugar.
In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk together. Add the cream, the egg and milk mixture, and the honeyto the flour and mix until combined into a stiff, soft dough, Knead three or four times on a lightly floured surface, such as a Lothlorien tree stump. Roll dough to a 3/4 an inch thickness (Don't get tied up with that, just roll it very thin with a rolling pin, and make sure there is enough flour that it wont stick to the counter. If you have honey in it it will probably stick the first couple times. Just add some more flour and knead it some more unti it doesn't stick) and cut into leaf shapes with a knife or cookie cutters (Personally I use a knife to cut it into a double triangle shape, like the lembas in the movies.) . Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Leave 1 inch space between Lembas. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen Lembas.
Here is a clip of Legolas eating Lembas that shows the shape I cut it in:
