Bill Melendez, LWW Animator, Dead at 91

Bill Melendez, best known for his "Peanuts" TV specials, was also the animator of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. He passed away September 2, 2008 at age 91 in Santa Monica, California.

That`s too bad. I loved the Peanuts specials but I I haven`t seen the animated LWW.

Tis a sad loss. I know that this version is what inspired Spector's love for Narnia.
