Cara smiled back, he was handsome, she'd give him that, but there was something about him that she wasn't sure if she liked. He seemed so sure of himself, maybe even a little arogent.

Liam smiled, " so it looks like your stuck with me for the next few months."

Will opened the door for her, "Want to go back to my place?"

Cara walked out, "sure," maybe she would get to know him better.

Neil smiled and hugged her back. his family would have a thing or two to say about this but he would cross that bridge when he came to it.

Crystal pulled away but not unkindly this time, "You really want me," she said looking up at him still not really believing him.

" I don't say things I don't mean....you'll find that out about me," he smiled, "ANd you...do you really want a guy who still lives with his brother and can't even drive in teh city? who has so little life expiriance...and who knows nothing about kids."

he chuckled, "I wish you could have met Sam...you two would have gotten along really well."

"Sam, your... sister, as in Samantha?" she asked.

"Yah...sorry..." he smiled, "Sam was my sister." he kissed her forhead, "it may sound strange but I think somehow she had something to do with bringing us together."

"I'll have to thank her one day then," she said with a small smile up at him.

his smile faded, "I wish you could." the thought of her still hurt.

"You'll see her again, someday," she replied quietly, "just as we all see the ones we loved and lost, again someday."

he smiled again, "I suppose." he prushed a hair out of her face, "you are really beautiful you know."

"And you really are amazing," she said reaching up to place a small kiss on his lips.

he pulled her colser. the dier urgency was gone now...she wasn't going anywhere.

Carley returned to her booth and watched all of this unfold backstage. She wanted to gag. Thankfully her no nonsense all business face was on, because otherwise she would have rolled her eyes. People were so ridiculous. Relationships were pointless. They messed everything up, and got in the way of work. She waited to see if the director would say anything.

She felt his hands, softer than they had been, on her back.

She obeyed his touch and came closer placing her own hands on his chest.

She could feel his heart beating not fast but definitely there pulsing a steady rhythm against his ribs.
