Can you change the kb on a pic?

Another way to reduce the KB size when you don't want to change the size of the graphic is to save it as a JPEG, then save the JPEG file on a smaller resolution (like, saving it on a Medium Resolution instead of High Res.). I did that with Photoshop, since it always saves the pictures better than any old photo editor program, to my avvies and such, and it always turns out fine.

(Did that make any sense?)
