Celtic Thunder

SAW TAKE ME HOME TONIGHT! Here are my thoughts

1) In addition to being madly in love with the 5 lads I am now crazy for their guitarist. Neil. He's the same from the old DVD if you want to see him. But he's so much fun this tour. LOVE him. He's pretty cute too.

2) GEORGE! *tackle hugs George* the guy is AMAZING!!! Playing Guitar in Steal Away. Stealing the SHOW in 500 miles! Oh wow.

3) Omigawd Damian. Along with the leather jacket in Breaking Up is Hard to Do the guy dons a pair of skinny jeans and... WOW! Oh and Dance moves. 'nuff said. woooo...

4) Keith = adorable. Need I say more? Castles in The Air is even better than the CD version I think. So fun. Oh and something in Caledonia with kilts... but I'm not going to go into that. :cool: ;)

5) Paul.... being... paul. lol You Raise Me Up was gorgeous, especially towards the end when it gets all loud and stuff. He is very opera-ish.... but then again, when isn't he? MORE stuff in Caledonia with kilts... the guys seem to have fun with that. ;)

6) Ryan.... watching us. fun stuff. He sounded hoarse but that's okay. It was pretty far into the tour. I thought maybe he didn't look to "evil" but... he still does. lol I don't mind at all of course.

yeah. Cute. Can't wait to get it on DVD in July. It'll get A LOT of use. :D

if he's the guitarist I remember he's not that cute... but I'll admit that he could be fun

the opera is also why I don't like him, but I can probably still tolerate him in You Raise Me Up

I can't wait either, I don't really need to go to the concert, I can just watch the DVD over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over ;)
 
oh one other thing.... my ONLY complaint... the lighting. It was awful! It was way way way too dark! ugh! very annoying.

I think Damian did very well acting like he was from the the 50's. I felt like I was watching Elvis at some points. YOUNG, really good looking Elvis, sure. But you get the idea. Dance moves.

Ryan didn't get as many solo's as the other guys! It made me mad. It was only PART of the DVD shown but there was so little Ryan.
George got Working Man and 500 Miles
Damian got A Bird Without Wings, Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen AND Breaking Up Is Hard To Do
Keith got Castle's in the Air and Lauren & I
Paul did Love Thee Dearest and You Raise Me Up
Ryan got Every Breath You Take. Period.

I love love love Take Me Home. There newest group song. It's soooo nice sounding.

yes the little part on the video sounds really cool

and that's not fair for Ryan! He only has one new one right? But that doesn't mean he shouldn't get more than one!
 
Yes, he only has one new one, but so did Paul and Keith.

and I wanted to see Ride On really badly! That one he has a *cough* very nice t-shirt on. :cool:

yes there should be some fun ones for Ryan, that should be a nice dark banner, easy to blend ;)
 
oh yes, I get the idea, I don't think it goes very well with his dress shoes, it's like he has a non-dressy shirt, dress pants, and very dressy shoes ;)

:eek: I still have to watch the old ones sometime!

I made my George banner base, now I just need to decide which of his songs to put on it :D (like it's any contest which ones I like best ;))
 
not that there is anything wrong with that. Apparently he's already getting cards from fans and stuff. And he actually says he likes getting them. I'd find it a tad annoying but he seems to love it.
