I apologise. I am no Green or socialist - I am a proud member of the ALP Right - a faction dominated by hard-boiled pragmatists. At most, Holmes can be rebuked for uncritical acceptance of stereotypes.
 
Tommy B. was legendary when a prop or guest cast or the DW crew pissed him off = see The Invisible Enemy and "How am i supposed to act against a f*cking prawn?!" and following that by immediately belting out a parody of Born Free called Prawn Free.
