"Princess, eh?" Lucas said.

"Oh, well, you.. you looked like royalty.. so I figured..." Elizabeth said.

"Elizabeth?" Lucas said with a bit of a temper. "Why are you lying to me? To me of all people?" he asked her as he rubbed some of the dirt off her face.
 
"No really.. I.." she started frantically.

"Liz, please, your not fooling anyone." he told her. "We need to get back to the castle before father finds out."

"No, I don't want to go back!" Elizabeth told him.

"We have to, Elizabeth!" Lucas told her. She shook her head and fell to the floor suddenly.

Bella sighed, Shut it! Just shut it so I can come rescue him... She closed her eyes, not noticing the guard that was passing her way.
"Hey you! You can't be here. Get off this property!" he yelled, begining to run her way, or more so prance, with all that armour on, he couldn't really run.
Bella's eyes flew open, she needed to play it cool.
 
Adina walked past the sword shop, she saw Elizabeth, Lucas, and the guy from the bar. She ran in when Eilzabeth collapesed. "Elizabeth," she knelt down beside her.

"Oh! I'm sorry... I must have fell asleep," she lied. Chuckling under her breathe, she slowly stood to her feet. When she saw the guard still coming after her she laughed nervously. She started running when suddenly the guard came up behind her and grabbed her arms. "Sir, I didn't do anything..."
The guard laughed. "Trespassing is a crime little missy." He drug her passed the jail wall and into the entrance. "I caught this one trespassing. Trying to break someone out of this here jail, no less I would think."

Lucas bent down and picked Elizabeth up (whom was unconscience). "She's going to be fine, once I get her home." Lucas told them, and then pushed his way past them and out side to his horse. Then he lay Elizabeth on his horse and mounted, and prepared himself and Elizabeth to leave.

Then all of a sudden Elizabeth awoke with shock. "No!" she screamed. "I'm not going!" she continued as she tried to wriggle her way out from her brothers grip.

"Elizabeth, I kow you like it here, but we have to go. You know Father is expecting both of us there today, for your ball!" he told her, tightening his grip.

"Lucas, please!" she said looking back at him. "I'll come back before Father even realizes. I promise!" she told him.

"Oh, Elizabeth we don't have tiem for this. You have to get ready for the ball. That could take hours longer now." he told her. "Today is just not the day for this." he said with sympathy.

"Lucas you know I don't want to do it. I don't want to see that Baron, or Duke, or whatever he is. I don't care what Father says. I don't want to marry that old man and I don't want to go back." she said while trying to hold her tears back.

Adina went out side, "Lucas, may I come with you?" She hoped he'd let her come, she wanted to give Elizabeth her present.

"Elizabeth, I know how you feel, but you ust need to keep Father pleased for now, otherwise it'll be 'Elizabeth, why don't you have a tea party with some of the other princesses?' or 'Elizabeth, a lady should never be sword fighting.' You know how he feels about you, and if we don't appease him for now you will continue to be miserable." Lucas told her. Then he saw Adina come up to them.

"If you've got a horse, you may come back with me. I'm afraid I won't have enough room, because Elizabeth, you are coming back." He said sternly.

"Lucas please!" Elizabeth pleaded. "You don't understand!" she told him.

ic. Adina stood back for a minute, she knew how Elizabeth felt. "Elizabeth, you need to go back," then after the party I'll help you slip out again, she thought.
 
"I don't want to go back," Elizabeth said, starting to give up. "Its like a prison."

"Elizabeth, Adina is right as well. We need to go back. We don't know when Father will be back!" Lucas told her as she sighed and gave up the fight. She looked at Harry with tears in her eyes and silently said good-bye.

"Now, Adina, if you've got a horse, you're welcome to come along."Lucas told her.

Meanwhile... back at the castle... Lucas and Elizabeth's father, King Leo had arrived back home.

As he merrily strode through the doors he was singing some old tune and noticed Princess Kirsti on the couch in one of the formal living rooms, just lounged out. He ignored it, thinking it was just another one of Elizabeth's friends.
"Elizabeth? Darling, are you still getting ready?" the King called out happily as he came by her bedroom door. Then hte maid came up, noticed the King and turned around quickly.
"Maria, I thought you were helping Elizabeth today?" he asked her.
"Yes my lord, I have been, but um... Lucas! he had a surprise for her first, so I thought it best to take his order, since you were not here, your majesty." she said nervously. The King waved it off with his hand and left.
 
Adina got her horse, she put Elizabeth's present in one of the bags, she mounted up. "I'm ready." I'll have to change when I get there, I dont think there father would be very happy if I showed up to the ball in pants, with a sword.
 
When they wound around and into the Stable, Lucas noticed their father's horse was there again.
"We're going to have to sneak in." he told them. "Adina, you can go to the front door, I'll come through the back with Elizabeth, and..."

"No," Elizabeth interupted him. "I left out my chain of blankets through my window. I can climb back up." she told him.

"What! No, you'll fall!" Lucas exclaimed.

"Trust me, I've done it before!" she said. Lucas sighed and let her, but he still felt a bit uneasy. Then he made his way to the back to enter.
Elizabeht went to the side of the castle where her room was, and found that the chain of blankets were missing.

Once Lucas entered the castle, he went to the front nad let Adina in, and told her to go up to Elizabeth's room.

"Lucas! Adina!" Elizabeth yelled as loudly as she could, hoping they were up in her room.

ooc: I have to go running, but I'll be back in a little while.

ic. Adina head Elizabeth, she ran over to the window, "Elizabeth." She looked around and didn't see the sheets. Adina put her dress on Elizabeth's bed and looked around for something to lower out the window.
 
Harry sighed. Everytime I get a girl...I lose her... he thought sadly. He slowly walked back to the pub where he found a long line. "Sorry, I had business to attend to!" he gestured for the first customer and fulfilled their order, and so on.


Kirsti got up and walked around. Nothing had changed too much; she vaguely remembered playing in these halls with Elizabeth and Lucas in her childhood. She also remembered having a tiny crush on Lucas, and the looks Adina would give her;angry looks.

"Where are the blankets?" Elizabeth yelled up to Adina. Then she thought, maybe she could sneak in through the back like Lucas did.

After Lucas came into the castle, he saw Kirsti there. "Did any thing happen?" he asked her immediatly. Then Elizabeth came up from behind them, who had obviously gotten in alright.

Then King Leo approached them all from behind. "Ahem," he cleared his throat to be noticed. "Elizabeth, what are you doing in those.. those rags?!" he said in outrage.

"Father, I.. um.. I" she started.

"Father, I told her to put it on... I was showing her something outside." Lucas covered for her.

"Very well," the King said suspiciously. "Elizabeth you must be getting ready for your Ball immediately!" And like that Maria was pulling Elizabeth away.
