Commoners and Peasants( everything from taxes to unwanted marriages)

ooc. I'm spicing up my idea.

ic. Will whispered. " These people are going to get us in trouble. We have to leave...now." He looked shifty eyed. " I'm not messing with the king, that's why we ran away, right? Let's sneak away, find that place."

Brio nodded. "True. Alright then..." she said, and walking over, unnoticed, grabbed the horses, but had no plan on riding them yet. Derek smiled, takiong the reins of one, and they followed Will out of the area.
 
The King came to a quick halt on his horse and looked back at Harry with a disgruntled look on his face. He dismounted, gave Elizabeth a stern look telling her to stay and marched up to the boy.
"What did you say?" he ask feircly as he got in his face. Elizabeth was frozen in fear and slight excitment, her heart racing but she didn't dare move.

It was almost too easy for the three to sneak out. " Derek, do you know the road from here?" Will asked.
Will looked around in case. Everyone was in converstaions. " Derek..." He whispered. " I need to talk to you."
 
The King narrowed his eyes and tried to calm his voice, though only slightly working. "That maybe so, but you will not see her again." he warned him crossly.
Lucas stepped back to where Kirsti was. "Meet me at the garden." he whispered to her, and then grabbed one of the knight's horses that were tied up at the side of the pub.
 
Harry laughed scornfully. "Oh yeah?" he pulled him self onto the horse Elizabeth was on. "Have fun walking back to your palace."


Kirsti smiled at Lucas as in to say ok.

Derek nodded. "Yeah. Pretty well." he said, then walked a little ways from Brio . "What do you need?" he asked will.
 
The King growled and immediatly ran over to the pub. He glared at Lucas. "Get them" he growled deeply and then ran into the pub to have the rest of his knights on the look out for them. Once the King was out of sight, he came over to Kirsti and pulled her up.
"Never mind then." he smiled at her.

"That was absoloutly brilliant!" Elizabeth exclaimed. She was very excited indeed, though she knew her father and his knights would soon be after them. In fact at that moment 2 knights were almost on their tail and reaching out.
 
Harry laughed. Then realized two knights were comming. He turned left just in time for the knights to not be able to.


"Where are we going to go now then?" Kirsti tried to help him up on the horse too.
 
Lucas laughed a bit. "I don't really know." and looked at her for any suggestions.

Elizabeth was laughing freely by this time. It was far to exciting for her to hold back. She looked back and wondered if they had lost the two knights, but they both had infact had still been a step or so behind them and started grabbing at her and her dress that was flowing out the back.

" Derek, I really want to marry Brio. I want to be her husband, but...you know? We're just out here, plus I have no ring or money and hate living off you. I should support her."

Derek nodded. "What do you suggest we do? We can't go in public, cuz you're wanted. And a ring? Check my saddle bag. My mother's ring is in there...." he said.

" Derek, I can 't take your mothers ring." Will was upset. " I know I'm wanted, but I don't feel right living off you! Or, not doing what I said I'd do, marrying Brio. But it is my fault you know..."

ooc. Derek needs a girl.........and we need a priest....or captain of a pirate ship. * laughs at POTC3 joke*

Harry pulled out the sword and tried to get their hands off elizabeth but instead ripped her dress causing the knights to be holding a pice of her dress now. He made the horse go faster and got away.

Derek shook his head. "No. take and use it!! our mum wnted her to have it anyway, and Brio will simply adore it." he said. He looked away. "Well, what can I do? go back there and jsut, marry Isabella?!! She's of noble birth! And I'm....a peasant." he said. "You're marraige doesn't neeed to be immediate. She loves you, and she will continue to do so...."

Derek laughed. "Erm....no. I was going to say, I've already talked to Brio about it....but I was planning on going back to the town, and getting Isabella." he said, smiling. "so, yo uand Brio would live here, then maybe I could get Isabella to come along, and I'd biuld another home a little ways off...." he said.
