Derek shrugged. "why wouldn't she? Why'd she leave like she did in the first place, will? I don't even know yet!" Derek said.

Brio sat by the tree, until a crunch was heard behind her. She stood, whipping out a dagger that she had in her belt. A man, in fine clothing stepped out, andsmiled. "well, what do we have here?" he asked, and Brio glared at him. "Wh oare you?" she asked. "Well, threatening me on me own property, eh? " he said, and before she knew it, Brio was caught like an animal, the man holding her wrists forcefully tight.

ooc: uup. Spice it up, I know...:p

ic: Derek nodded. "What did you say?" he asked again. Thoug he looked up as a scream was heard, and townsfolk came out of their biuldings, along with police guards.

Brio struggled as they came out of the woods, kicking, dragging her feet, everythign she could. "It's not all your land! You have no right...!" she yelled at him, but she suddenly quieted down as guards came up, and she was on the ground, glaring up at the man, who had conveniently tied her wrists.

Will instanly forgot he had a bad leg. He jumped up and ran at the people capturing Brio. He fought everyone in sight, and tackled a few.
" GET OFF HER!' He yelled.

ooc. It should be Lord Henry, Will would definatley loose his job! Drama again!

ic: Derek ran towards Brio also, right behind Will. "Brio!! What's happened?!" he yelled.

Brio looked up. "I don't know! He's saying I tresspassed, and now there's somethign about a payment! I don't know!!" she yelled back. She tried loosenign her bonds, but couldn't work. "well, y uodo have to pay for trespassing..." a guard said. "but I didn't trespass! I had no idea it was his land anyway!!" she said.

Lord Henry stood back. He would either have more money, or a new maid in his household...

Lord Henry looked up, astonished. "William?" he asked. "What are you doing??!" he said, obviously angered. The gaurd nodded in agreement. Derek stood behind him.

Brio looked up, at her brother and will coming. "what are you doing?" she asked, a hurt look still in her eyes, yet it was mixed with fear, and hope.

Derek looked at his sister. "We've come to get you. Stupid gits..." he mumbled.

Lord Henry seemed shocked, yet ammused. "Why, it's far more than I've paid you..." he said. "And you came to me broke. How are you going to pay for it?" he asked.

Brio stared at the ground. She knew they would find out. But, I guess Derek was still friends with Will. She would really hate herself for doing this....

Henry shook his head. "you must've gotten it from somewhere. Some of my valuables are missing..." he said. "Maybe you friend here stole them?" he said, knodding to Derek as guards came forward.

Brio lowered her head, and sid loudly enough, "I stole the valuables. I stole the money..." she said, and slight gasps wre heard. "That's why I was in the forest. I..felt giulty because of it..." she said, and Lord Henry smirked. Gaurds came forward to arrest her.

"Now, now, wait." he said, stopping them. "she does feel giulty about it, so I will not press charges. But, she will work for me, to work it off..." he said, and the guards nodded, picking her up, as she cast a look at her brother, with a small smile, and was lead to his home. "You, on the other hand, william, are fired." he spat, and walked behin teh guards and brio.
 
Kirsti stood there, waiting for Lucas's reply.


Harry retsrained himself from saying something too bad. "Listen, please, I'll beg if I have to! Please, I love her, I love her! The Duke, he doesn't love her, he finds her beautiful; which she is! But he doesn't know her like I do, shes the best thing that ever happened to me. Please." he pleaded with the King. "Just, please give your daughter what she wants, she'll..." he thought for a moment, "kill herself, if you don't!" he said loud enough for Elizabeth to hear and get the hint of this new plan.
 
"Are you positive you don't want to be with him?" Lucas said.

"Thats posposterous!" The King roared. Then he waved his hand for the guards to take him to the dungeon. Elizabeth had heard Harry at the front, and then she suddenly fainted, falling backwards on the couch.

"What have you done?" The King asked the Duke as he walked in the room.

"I.. nothing.. I.... she.. just.. fainted!" the duke said, holding his hands up as if he didn't do a thing. Elizabeth sliently laughed to herself.

ooc: haha this is going to be like Romeo and Juliette, hahahaha
 
"You seem somewhat hesitant." Lucas said.

"Take her up to her room, now!" the King roared. Once the Duke put her in her room and left, she had climbed out the window and was trying to find a way into the dungeon, but the King had already stormed down there.
 
"Then lets leave. Somewhere. Anywhere. Take your pick!" Lucas said.

"I could just kill you now," the king said as the gaurds chained him up. "But I think I'll let you suffer for what trouble and pain you have caused us- Elizabeth." Then he turned to walk away.

Will couldn't let this happen. " She is lying and covering up for me!" Yelled William. " There is a bag of more valuables in my room, and I can tell you whom I sold the first batch too. Don't make her do this, I feel guilty myself and I will do whatver punishment. I need it." Will still didn't meet eyes with Brio.

ooc. No, you get in trouble, no you, you, you....LOL:D
 
Harry sucked in a breath of air and let it out. "Not like I haven't suffered enough, not having Elizabeth!" he yellled.


Kirsti thought, "How about..your mother's garden?"
